TASKey TEAM Project Importer

The TASKey Microsoft Project Importer combined with TASKey TEAM or TASKey Me2Team allows you to import existing projects from MS Project into TEAM.

This means that you do not have to enter data twice. You can start or continue working on planned or ongoing projects using TEAM or Me2Team straight away.

If you already have projects in other formats that can be converted to MS Project files, then you can also import these projects also.

This can be a useful way to get your team started in using TEAM or Me2Team, as they can continue working on a familiar project, and update their work while learning to get the most out of the software.

A Template of the project can also be created which can be pasted within TEAM or Me2Team with a custom starting date at any stage. This allows you to reuse a past project and modify it as needed.

The following data from the MS project is imported into TEAM or Me2Team:

The user who logs in to the importer is made responsible for all tasks imported by default.
The tree structure of the project and its sub tasks (with options to convert lower level tasks to TEAM or Me2Team Actions, or convert the MS Project percentage complete status to show Task progress.
Notes show as Task or Action notes in TEAM or Me2Team
People and Resources that are defined in MS Project can be associated with TEAM users and Resource types to maintain task information. (not supported in Me2Team).
