Easily manage Work with less People

by Dr Neil Miller 18. November 2008 17:01

Work is managed by people applying management processes, like planning, organizing, tracking, coordination, reporting and leading.  With the exception of leading; large parts of these processes can be automated with smart software.  Automated processes save everyone time, effort and stress; and in some cases, less people are required to achieve the same results.

Currently people largely apply planning, organizing, tracking, coordination, and reporting management processes manually.  There are many different approaches, because people generally like to do things in a way that suits them.  This diversity makes automating processes very difficult.

However TASKey has developed a simple method for planning, organizing, tracking, coordination, and reporting that fits in with most approaches.  Consequently using the method, people can use a variety of approaches and styles that they feel comfortable with and still seamlessly work together.

Automating complex, time consuming management processes in software provides each person with: a comprehensive map of relevant tasks; a personalized ToDo list (that is synchronized with other people’s ToDo lists); instant feedback on changes that affect them; and real-time progress reporting.  Achieving this information through managers and personal effort is very time consuming and not always available when needed.

The TASKey method and web software allows people with access to the Internet to manage work by simply entering critical inputs about how they wish to work and acting on the information that is normally provided by managers.  So less people are need for planning, organizing, tracking, coordination, and reporting.
