Our Approach
For 15 years, Dr Neil Miller has led a team developing a leadership and management method that make a significant difference.
Rather than try to improve existing methods and tools, a series of core strategic and planning questions that leaders need to be able to answer to make quality decisions was developed. Then a solution to answer all these core questions and negate unhelpful dynamics was created and validated in the workplace.
The initial paper based solution worked well for a single team, but needed to use advanced communications and computing technology to provide an online solution with the flexibility, access and global reach required by a leadership platform. Now web and mobile browsers have provided the means for people to gain access from nearly anywhere at any time, and computer processing is fast enough to sort through real world complexity to provide the core answers required in real-time.

Step 4: Update Progress by ticking off completed actions on ToDo lists.
