• First, login to your account administrator (or click the "TASKey" button in the top left).
  • From the initial page, you can update your Organisation Name (by default, this is your name) and assign an organisation logo (this will display in the top right while logged in)
  • To change a username, password or other information, mouse over "Users" and click "User Administration". Click "Select" next to the user you wish to edit, then click the "Edit this User" button.
  • Update the details you wish to change and click "Save". To update a password, enter the new password in the field labelled "New Password" at the bottom of the page and click "Reset Password".
