A User is any person who has been registered with TASkey or WorkNav and who purchased one of its plans including the 30 days Free Trial period. A user is identified by their unique email address and password.
Users receive Support any time that it is required through the ways covered in their Plan. The Support can be delivered by Email, Live Chat, Live Video and Phone. During the Free Trial period, Users will receive support by Email and Live Chat. Other ways of Support are Help Online, Documentation and Community Forums. Training is delivered as part of TASKey’s services.
The Security of you Data and overall information that is created by you and your Connections is paramount for TASKey and we take it very seriously. We have taken many different steps to help ensure the safety of your data 24x7x365 including 3 security layers and Network Security Encryption including intrusion detection and prevention. Your data will be stored with TASKey for as much time as needed so you can always come back and check it or continue working as usual on your Tasks and ToDos. A one year grace period apply after which, you will be charged £1/GB per month to keep the data “ready to go” at any time. The decision to remove your data from TASKey servers is only yours and we will offer you several ways of porting your data should you decide to do so. Please contact us for more information.
All our Plans include a 30 Days Free Trial period with full functionality. You can try how everything works during this period making use of each and every option. Once this period is due, you would decide which plan is better for you and purchase the one of your choice. Upgrades can be done at any time and they will apply immediately. You are not required to enter your credit card information during the 30 Days Free Trial period.

You can Upgrade and Downgrade your Plan at any time. The change is done immediately and you can enjoy the new options as soon as the plan is purchased. In the case of a Downgrade, some conditions apply regarding your data and you will be advised on that.
Yes. You can create more than one User account provided that they have different emails. The rule is that there will be only one User per account, however, you can always buy more Users for your Connections when required if they don’t already have an account.
We have only one type of User: YOU. The functionality allowed for the Users depends on the Users’ Plan. For some Plans, the User can be an Administrator who has specific extra functionality to create and manage other Users.
Yes. The solution can be installed in your servers or we can install it in a private cloud if required.
No. You create a User account at the time of Signing Up and you continue to use the same Login and password once you decided to purchase a specific Plan.
The preferred payment method is by Credit Card and we accept the popular ones such as VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We add Credit Card options very often so please check the website for more information. In special cases for companies with more than 100 Users, we can work with other payment methods such as cheques, invoicing and transfers.
The 30 Days Free Trial will give you the time to try the options and to decide for the Plan of your choice. We don’t manage refunds as TASKey gave you access to the applications during the paying period. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know and we’ll immediately find the way to improve it.
Yes. Depending on the case, TASKey will give discounts to specific entities by giving them a Discount Code that they will enter at the Checkout step when subscribing to a Plan. Eligibility will be on a case by case basis and we recommend you contact us for more details.
No. You can pay month by month. If you decide to pay on a yearly basis you will get a generous discount. Please go to Pricing and check the options.
No. You can terminate your Plan at any time (for any reason, no questions asked). The termination applies immediately and we will offer you different alternatives to keep or port your data.
Yes! It’s one of TASKey’s main advantages. The solution goes with you wherever you go and you can add Connections on a global basis any time. You need only a browser on a laptop, tablet or mobile device and you are set!
Yes. You receive an invoice by email every time a charge is done based on your Plan.
An Administrator is the User that has the corresponding functionality to add other Users, manage their resources and time and money related budgets. In order to be assigned as an Administrator, you would need to buy the corresponding plan. Please go to Features and check them for more information
Yes. The Administrator can add User any time. The specific option will be enabled for the Administrator. Using this option, the Administrator can pay for new Users or can let the new Users pay by themselves. Paying Codes can be used for companies that pay by invoicing or transfer.

Based on the Plan of your choice you can create and/or accept Connections. We have created a solution so once a new User is registered, they can be part of your connections should you decide to work with them. The more Connections you have the more diverse is your pool of experts. By increasing Collaboration and Participation you increase the performance of your company and of yourself!
Any User can be a Connection and you can have unlimited Connections. You can invite other users to be Connections, and accept their invitations. Either way, you become each other’s Connection once an invitation is accepted. You can then add/remove your Connections to your Tasks and ToDos any time. By increasing Collaboration and Participation you increase the performance of your company and of yourself!
No. The solution works without the need to buy anything else. You can Upgrade and Downgrade the Plans based on your requirements at any time.
